Two roles. A code is sent to your email. The application is stored only after that code is accepted.

Quant Developer

Designs the systems behind the team’s research and realtime trading. Historical testing runs on shared infrastructure before strategies go live. The realtime trading engine takes live market data, runs strategies, and manages orders and risk. Writes tested, reviewed code, and keeps research and live behaviour aligned.

Good fit

You have written software beyond coursework, are comfortable in Python (C++, Rust, or TypeScript helps), use git, and care about correctness.

You will learn

How trading systems are built, event-driven design, how to test without lookahead bias, and how to work on a shared codebase.

Quant Researcher

Finds and tests trading ideas. Picks a question, gathers data, builds a signal, tests it with out-of-sample and walk-forward methods, and presents it to the team, as the Crypto Futures, Changepoints, and Momentum notes do.

Good fit

You enjoy probability and statistics, have analysed real data in Python or R, and can explain a result and its limits clearly.

You will learn

Research methods used in quant finance, how to avoid overfitting, and how to present a strategy.
